EQUIPMENT REPAIR & SERVICE
Our products are designed to function reliably and constantly in all types of environments, and built with world-class quality standards in mind. However, occasions will arise when a unit must be repaired or recalibrated at our factory.
	Warranty Service:
	Determine if your equipment is within the warranty period. For warranty terms click here. If it is within the warranty period OSI will handle the repairs according to the conditions outlined in our warranty guarantee.
	Out-of-Warranty Service:
	If the equipment is out of warranty, OSI will require a purchase order or credit card number for billing purposes. To return a unit to us, follow the procedure outlined below: Contact our customer service staff. (Phone: 1 301 963 3630 xt 218 or e-mail) Determine warranty status of the unit and minimum service charge*. Have a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number assigned. then Package the unit to prevent damage in shipping and handling and send it to our factory. Your order will be handled expeditiously on a first-come first-served basis.
* Note: Minimum service charge includes cleanup, calibration, and testing / troubleshooting and minor repairs. Repairs requiring replacement of part will cost extra. Minimum service charge must be paid per standard terms prior to issue of Return Material Authorization (RMA). OSI Terms and Conditions apply.
